Buying a package sets up an automatic monthly payment (expect for the one-time Essentials package), which means that you will be charged the package fee every month. You can easily cancel your subscription up until the day before the next scheduled payment without charge, by logging into the ‘Preapproved Payments’ section of your PayPal account.
Please ensure that if you wish to stop a package, you cancel the automatic payment before the next month’s payment is taken from your account. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to refund payments once they’ve been taken from your account.
